The following information is to help you get ready for the fall 2022 semester.
Please review them carefully, and take action accordingly.
For ALL Students (including new and returning students)
- Have your Global Campus account ready
- Pay for the program tuition ($7,000)
- Submit your health insurance plan to your Homeroom as soon as possible. Or, purchase the health insurance plan we provided HERE starting Aug 1.
- Activate your SDSUid (SDSU email)
- Join the Canvas Homeroom “Fall 2022 – Semester at SDSU Homeroom“.
- Complete all items in Module D before August 11, 2022.
- Review all other information in the Homeroom.
Continuing students
- You are not required to participate in the orientation on Aug 11 or Aug 12, however, I would recommend revisiting the registration part after the orientation on Aug 12 in the Homeroom.
- SDSU classes begin on August 22.
- The last day to enter the country is September 2.
In addition to the above items, and depending on your arrival date, review the additional information below:
For Students who would like to take Business Courses
- Sign up the Virtual Advising with Fowler College of Business on Aug 4 HERE
For Students who are joining the Welcome Event on Aug 16 or Aug 17
- Tickets will be distributed during the orientation on Aug 12
- If you are arriving late, you can pick up the tickets at SDSU Global Campus Welcome Center on Aug 15, or tickets will be given to you on the day of the event and at the boarding location.
For Students arriving BEFORE August 11, 2022
- Contact Miffy Yuan now to sign up for one of the 4 sessions for Orientation – Day 1 on Aug 11, if you have not done so already. Due to space limitations, we may or may not be able to assign you to the session you prefer to join.
- Check the Homeroom Module: San Diego Bay Cruise Tour for details about the welcome event. You must complete Module D first in order to unlock this module.
- Join the in-person orientation on Aug 11 and Aug 12, 2022
For Students arriving ON Aug 11, 2022
- Complete Module D in your homeroom to unlock the Module: San Diego Bay Cruise Tour, and sign up for the welcome event.
- Submit a late arrival request AND schedule a late arrival appointment in Homeroom if you haven’t done so already
- Join the in-person orientation on Aug 12, 2022
For Students arriving AFTER August 12 but before or ON Aug 16, 2022
- Register for Aug 12 online orientation HERE.
- Complete Module D in your homeroom to unlock the Module: San Diego Bay Cruise Tour, and sign up for the welcome event, if you can join the tour on Aug 17th.
- Watch the Aug 12 orientation online or watch the recorded video posted in Homeroom AFTER the actual orientation
- Submit a late arrival request AND schedule a late arrival appointment in Homeroom if you haven’t done so already.
For Students arriving AFTER Aug 16, 2022
- Submit a late arrival request AND schedule a late arrival appointment in Homeroom if you haven’t done so already
- Register for Aug 12 online orientation HERE.
- Watch the Aug 12 orientation online or watch the recorded video posted in Homeroom AFTER the actual orientation
