SPRING 2020 Students

Spring 2020 Students – It was great having you with us this semester!   We hope you had a great time and learned a lot!  Please come back and visit if you can.

In the meantime, please pay careful attention to the information below.

How to Order Your Official SDSU Transcript

  1. Log in to SDSU WebPortal.
    • If you need help, select Can’t log in? at the bottom left and follow the instructions.
  2. Select Unofficial Transcript (NOT My Grades).
    • If you cannot print an unofficial transcript, your grades have not been posted.
  3. You may receive an error message on the Unofficial Transcript until Dec. 31.
  4. When you have verified that your unofficial transcript is accurate, select Official Transcript.
  5. • Select your desired format: Certified Electronic PDF or Hard Copy Paper.
    • Select Continue.
    • Complete all fields and follow all instructions.

Important Information

  • The fee for each official transcript is $10.
  • Ordering an official transcript before your grades are posted on WebPortal will result in a blank transcript and you will have to reorder and pay again.
  • Transcripts will be sent to the address or email that you indicate. It is your responsibility to enter a complete and accurate address.
  • For electronic transcripts, check with your university to ensure they accept PDF documents.
  • You will receive a confirmation from the registrar’s office once your order has been sent.
  • GRADUATE STUDENTS: All transcripts will say “Undergraduate Transcript.” Graduate classes are designated by course level 600 and above. If needed, we can provide a letter stating that these courses are graduate level.
  • Paper transcripts should arrive 6–8 weeks from the send date. The earliest send date may be in the middle of January, but can take longer depending on mail delivery in your home country. If your transcripts do not arrive, please email the Transcript Unit at transcripts@sdsu.edu.

Blackboard Access: Please note that you will not have Blackboard access after the semester ends. If you need documents from Blackboard, such as a course syllabus, we strongly advise that you download or print them now. It will be difficult and time-consuming to obtain these documents after the semester ends.

Questions? Email the Transcript Unit at transcripts@sdsu.edu.
